This page provides access to documents that are used to assist in planning activities at Bethel. It was originally created in June 2017 to provide a means of implementing the "congregational goals" and "plan of action" proposed by the "Ministry Assessment Process" that year. It eventually fell into disuse but was "resurrected" for the 2022 and 2023church years. The date in parenthesis for each document indicates the last date that it was changed.The Documents include:
At the present time, there is no provision for group maintenance of these worksheets. Those participating in the process are encouraged to print a copy of each worksheet for their own use and communicate any questions, suggestions or requests for update of each spreadsheet by email to: bumctlh@gmail.com. The UMC Discipleship Ministries also provides the following documents for planning:
- 2024 Worship Planning Worksheet (09/11/24) - which is used to provide a plan for worship services over a 2-3 month period. (There is usually a single page "Annual Event Planning Worksheet" but one has not yet been prepared for this year.)
